    Bathroom Vanity

What do we picture when we hear the term ‘bathroom’? Normally we get images of a shower, toilet, toiletries like shampoos, soaps etc. As per the definition, bathroom is considered to be a place at our homes that is mainly used for personal hygiene activities which generally consists of a wash basin, a bathtub/shower etc. In several countries toilet is also included as a part of the bathroom but in some countries toilet is built as a separate entity next to the bathroom. Historically, the existence of bathrooms dates back as far as 3000 BC during which water was solely considered as a cleansing agent. The best known example of well-structured bathrooms can be found at the site of advanced civilization known as Indus valley/Harappa civilization. This clearly gives us a glimpse of how personal hygiene found its place in the day today lives of our ancestors. Another classic example where we can witness some of the well maintained bathrooms are during the times of Greek and Roman civilization, where the bathrooms were shaped like huge pools or octagonal bathing structures.

    Civil Engineering

Have you ever crossed a bridge or seen a dam and wondered how those structures are designed, created, and built? Civil engineering is a remarkable discipline with many subdisciplines that plays a major role in construction projects not relating to buildings. Civil engineers work on construction projects such as roads, tunnels, bridges, and dams. Civil engineers work with a variety of professionals in other disciplines to execute large-scale building projects.

Being a civil engineer requires the ability to plan large construction projects while supervising other professionals in a variety of specialties to ensure that the building project goes smoothly. Civil engineers should have an advanced understanding of mathematics, geometry, and other mathematics disciplines as this will be included in part of the design of the building project. They must also understand the technical requirements of the job, but also be able to communicate them to other professionals who may not have this particular background.

CarpentryOne of the most valuable trades involved in the construction business is carpentry. Wood has been used as a building material for thousands of years, so carpentry is one of the world’s oldest professions. It was a skill that was passed on through apprenticeships and learning from person to person until the printing press was invented in the fifteenth century. Carpentry then became a skill that anyone with interest in it could learn how to do with the publication of construction and carpentry guides. Carpentry involves being able to prepare, cut, and fix timber in a variety of ways in the construction of a building, including the outside framework of a structure and the frames for doors and windows. It involves a large amount of skill, and many carpenters spend their lives honing their craft. With the evolution of the craft and the technology involved in it now to preserve labour and materials, there is specialised training classes and apprenticeships involved in becoming a master carpenter.

There are a lot of processes that go behind the remodelling or the renovation of a home. Regardless of whether you want us to get the entire interior re-done or you want us to focus on one particular premise, there are steps that need to be followed. Amongst the first things that we will have to carry out is space distribution or zoning, as it’s also commonly referred to. A lot of people prefer to go ahead and furnish their homes without the assistance of a professional. While this might be efficient, you are likely to distribute your furniture wrong.

We have years of professional experience in this particular field and we know how to provide you with a plan for the most optimum distribution of the space in your home. Our main designation is to use every single detail of your construction to the fullest and take advantage of what you may consider to be a disadvantage in the architecture. This way, we can guarantee that every piece of furniture is in the perfect spot to contribute to the overall appeal and spacious sensation that your home is capable of bringing.

Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning – this is what HVAC stands for. This is the system which is going to enable you to control the microclimate in your own house. There are different types of HVAC installations but the usage of Air Conditioners and furnaces is without a doubt amongst the most popular. With this in mind, there are tons of things that have to be accounted for when it comes to the HVAC installation of your home, regardless of the solution that you are going to go for.

You need to determine where you want the units to be located. From there, the HVAC specialist is going to install tubing or air ducts, depending on the type of system that you’ve set your sights on, so that you can control the weather conditions in the entire house. Contemporary HVAC systems would go so far as to allow you to control the temperature in every single room. This is particularly convenient as it’s capable of providing you with the chance to cut back on the expenses considerably. By turning off the heat in rooms that you aren’t usually using you are going to get a lot of money off of that monthly electricity or gas bill – depending on the solution you are using.
